Preheat oven to 200°C.
Mix honey, garlic, soy sauce, olive oil, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
Coat chicken with the marinade and let it rest for 20–30 minutes.
Toss sweet potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika.
Spread sweet potatoes on a baking tray and roast for 20–25 minutes.
Add marinated chicken to the tray and pour remaining marinade over it.
Bake everything together for 20–25 minutes until chicken is cooked and caramelized.
Optional: grill for 2–3 minutes for extra glaze.
Serve hot and garnish with fresh herbs.
